This is the tale of a fluffy Golden Retreiver puppy called Angus
… And how he helped to bring colour and happiness into the life of his besotted human.
The last decade has been a painful and yet wonderful adventure for me. With the support of my brilliant and loving husband and daughter I have begun to tackle the darkness of depression that has followed me for most of my life. We have been privelidged to share the last three with our beloved Goldie.
This blog is partly therapeutic and a place to record my passions nature, art and writing. However if this happens to reach anyone out there in need of encouragement to grasp their dreams- I will be immensely happy. At times in life the next day and even the next minute can seem impossible to bear. Believe me I have been there and still visit that place from time to time but I want to show that if I can carry on and live some of my dreams – so can anyone because I have learned to dwell in possibility.
Thank you for sharing in our world and following a little of the journey made by a woman and her dog ‘down the golden path’ .

I dwell in Possibility
BY EMILY DICKINSON
I dwell in Possibility –
A fairer House than Prose –
More numerous of Windows –
Superior – for Doors –
Of Chambers as the Cedars –
Impregnable of eye –
And for an everlasting Roof
The Gambrels of the Sky –
Of Visitors – the fairest –
For Occupation – This –
The spreading wide my narrow Hands
To gather Paradise –
